JOB DESCRIPTION:

Part time Bursar required for St Dominic?s College, Ballyfermot.
Duties include the financial management of the school and faculty
management of the premises and facilities. The position is part time
(**Apply on the website**hours), over Monday - Friday.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

* At least 2 years? experience in an office environment
* Experience in using management information systems such as those
in schools
* Accounts and payroll experience
* Experience working with accounting software and online banking
including SAGE and payroll packages
* Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, both verbal and
written
* Ability to maintain all records in the appropriate manner and
provide monthly reports and accounts to the Finance Committee, BOM and
Principal
* Appropriate bookkeeping experience
